A standard 8-foot table measures 30" wide by 96" long. The length of these skirts is 14', or 168". As a result, they'll cover the front three sides of an 8' table but leave the back completely open. They leave a 3-foot gap on the back side of a 6-foot table.
Yes, a plastic strip on the top edge (like a FedEx envelope) is peeled off and adheres to the table's edge. Or, as in our case, we purchased a striped roll of tablecloth, which it adheres to.

For our Carnival Concessions tables, this set of four was ideal. When we took it down, the tape held up well and caused no damage to the other clothes or table. We had to cut one to make it fit on a different table. The plastic isn't sheer, but it's of good quality. We could stow our extra belongings beneath the tables, out of sight.
This is fantastic! It seemed like a lot to me. We only purchased one package, but it was enough to cover several tables. We had a carnival for employee appreciation week and had various games on the tables, and these skirts just added to the realism. It was unquestionably a wise purchase. I would strongly suggest it! D'bomb was the self-sticking adhesive! It's ridiculously simple to use. Really. There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am.
They made a significant contribution to the overall look of the room. It's incredibly simple to apply and covers a large area. There was no residue left behind when I removed them the next day after the party. BE AWARE, HOWEVER, OF THE FOLLOWING: Because it was cute, I left a table skirt on one table for a couple of weeks, and when I finally took it off, it left residue. Just remember to remove them after a day or two.
These were perfect for our Halloween party; the adhesive was just sticky enough to keep them from falling off (we applied them four days before the party and none of them came off), but not so sticky that they left residue when removed. I was very pleased with this product because it completely covered the table.

Very pretty table skirts, but the adhesive strip wasn't very sticky, so we had to use clear packing tape to attach the skirt to the tables in a few places. The tape was a letdown because it detracted from the overall look. It would have been better to use stronger tape or even velcro.
These table skirts were perfect for my kids' carnival-themed birthday party. I recommend sticking them to the table itself rather than the tablecloth. If the skirt is not properly placed, the weight of the skirt will tear a hole in the tablecloth.
I should've paid more attention to the description. These looked like full tablecloths to me, but they're just stick-on tablecloths. Attach skirts to the table's edge. So we went out and bought some $1 red tablecloths, and they turned out to be quite cute! They didn't reach all the way around the table, but we used them on the display tables, so we could just lean against the wall with the empty side. This purchase has been a positive experience overall.
