Is the table skirt made of a see-through material? Is it necessary to cover it with a white tablecloth?
It was used for my granddaughter's birthday, and no, there is no need to put anything underneath it. In person, it's even more lovely. However, because it only goes around the table, you'll need something/a tablecloth for the top of the table. Alternatively, the tabletop can be left alone.
Will the velcro be able to be attached to a different tablecloth? My table's surface is somewhat unsightly. So, I'll put one on the table and then attach this?
Yes, the Velcro strip has a sticky side that can be stuck to a tablecloth or a table.

The colors are bright and normal. In any case, it's still extremely durable and adorable!.
The skirt was simple to put on, but it was much smaller than I had anticipated. It's adorable, but it could go on for a long time.
