used these cups many times a day for almost a week, but we still have no idea how long they will last. I wanted to try out something different since we've been using the bodum cups for a while. We'd break them all over time since we've always used them. I had the bodum cups, but wanted to try something different. I am very pleased with these cups. They are of a nice size and are comfortable in the hand. As far as I can tell, the new cups are a nice replacement for our previous cups. I will say they are not as well made as the bodum cups, but we'll see how they stay in shape.

It would make a great present, since the unboxing experience would be comparable to one of a high-end luxury product. The workmanship and materials used for the item were of high quality, and the product is durable and long lasting. The weight of the material is low. In view of all of the quality, it would be much better if the brand name was etched on the bottom of the cup instead of being placed on a sticker, which makes the item feel cheap, but if it is removed the cup will remain quality and "brandless".

Due to the fact that I haven't been able to use it yet since I received it in the mail, I gave this product four stars. I have purchased two brands from this company so far, but the quality of the second brand is far better. Even though they are lightweight, they still have weight to them when you tap them. In the last brand, there were so many hollow parts. My heart sank when I heard it. They even packaged the mugs in an inappropriate way. THERE IS GLASS IN THERE. It wouldn't make sense to box the items into another box for safe shipping. As a result, they cracked during The items were packaged appropriately, so Sweese did a good job. It was a little scaring to see them in action again but I was happy to see them out of harm's way. Then I can use them tonight I am sure!.

It is the picture of the luongo cup of coffee in the first picture. The fit is perfect. *The second cup is a single cappuccino and it fits above and beyond perfect. I love the cups. This is perfect.

This cup has a great feel to it. It is lightweight and has a great appearance. It is a bit disappointing that they are made in China (that information was printed on the box they came in). It is nowhere on the Amazon site or on the company's website that I can find the "made in" information before I order. My preference for a product that is made in the USA was a factor that if I had it, I would have continued to search for products made in the USA (such as these). This rating (5 stars) ignores the truth in advertising angle, but reflects the product rather than the claims of the advertising.

We all love drinking coffee from big mugs. It has a slightly large handle on the thumb side, but I have long fingers and small hands. There is actually no need for the handle, as the outside of the cup stays hot all the time. I will order one without a handle next time. It is surprisingly light for a cup that is supposed to be heavy. After contact with customer service, they responded with a very prompt response.
