I used this product without incentive (that's how I roll). My new Nespresso machine came with a cup set, and I was able to compare them online, and these were the best for the price. I also like how they stack up and take up less space in my new We've been enjoying them so far, as they are very well made, double-walled and don't get hot when you hold them with a full cup of espresso. Our equipment is taken care of within 30 days of delivery, we do not have children in our home, and the cup we received is cracked. The lip should be right along the top. Cracks don't seem to be visible on the outside of the glass, as the crack doesn't feel noticeable. Due to the return date being past, we can no longer return.

Beautifully constructed yet so delicately shaped, they have a solid yet elegant Keeping my beverages warm makes drinking them a pleasure. I can't imagine my day without it. I received them as a gift during the pandemic quarantine in place of mismatched cups every day. There were several sizes that I ordered. The company replaced the damaged cup as soon as it arrived. My jaw dropped when I saw this seller. It was so nice of them to send me replacement cups after I posted my review. That seller cares about you and your experience so I would recommend you to buy those cups if you like them and they fit under your espresso machine. Their kindness in sending me new ones meant a great deal to me. My sincere gratitude goes out to you! My kids got these as Christmas presents this past December a year ago. There wasn't much of a life left in them. No matter how careful I was, they all cracked. Beautiful! I really love the look of them. I think it is a shame they did not last for long.
For our motorhome, where time and space are at a premium, these are perfect. Another set of four double wall espresso cups could not stack and three of them broke due to the glass that appeared to be much thinner. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is that the handles are so small that only my little finger can fit through them. My thumb and forefinger can turn the handle into a cup holder, but I am unable to hold the handle. It is so well insulated that I can hold the cup without ever having to use the handle. Preheating the cup with hot water prior to filling it with hot espresso is the best practice.
The way it feels in her hand, the "chic look," and the design (keeping the Expresso hot while she drinks it slowly) are all things that she loves. There was no strikeout in this game.
