You could do it, I'm sure. You could use a non-stick spray to coat them. Spray them with cooking spray before placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil. If that doesn't work, try shaping foil into a taco, inserting chicken breasts and securing with food picks, then baking in taco holders.

These were perfect for tacos on the street. I've made them with flour and corn tortillas, and they're both delicious. They appear to be well constructed, and I appreciate the fact that they can be cleaned in the dishwasher. I'm very happy with this purchase; I'm going to buy another set because my family devoured the tacos so quickly. I can see how these might not be the best for full-sized tacos, but they're perfect for smaller street tacos.

It was like having an extra pair of hands when I used these to assemble soft shell tacos. This is especially useful if your family has varying taco ingredient preferences. However, they don't have enough resources to do so. These are fantastic! I bought extras, which were useful for holding the "second helping" tacos. My kids liked the little handles on both ends. Everything was kept in pristine condition. In addition, the company shipped quickly.
When I order a kitchen item that will come into contact with food, I expect it to be free of the strong odor of laundry detergent fragrance chemicals. The box had a Downey-like odor to it. Nasty. In the future, I will avoid dealing with this seller.
