This item is a holder. It's not suitable for my flat top or grill - If you're making a lot of tacos, this is a great way to go because you can put the shell in the holder and then fill it with whatever meat and toppings you want. You can either set it up for people to grab tacos from or make 6 at a time and place them on the table. I hope this has been of assistance.

If you're going to use a Blackstone griddle to make tacos, this is a must-have

It was a pain in the buttocks trying to make tacos without it. Tacos are now much easier to make with this holder. Also used to make a breakfast sandwich in a pita pocket.
