Other cake carriers do a better job at keeping fresh than this one. It takes me about 4 days before I think twice about eating one of my cupcakes. The cake and cupcake carrier listed here is my favorite of a number of carriers I own.
A dip is present on the inside of the lid, and as a result, only around 8 inches of height is left. I was disappointed by
11 3/8 inches is the diameter of this item.
That is not at all true. Definitely make sure the latch is all the way down before carrying the bag. If I have food in it, I do not hold it by the handle. It is just for safety's sake.

Aside from the three clasps on the side, they do not seem to hold. If you carry this by the handle on top, be prepared for the lid to come off and everything to be dumped on the floor. The container in which I carried 28 colored deviled eggs for Easter was filled with 28 colored deviled eggs. One of the clasps suddenly came loose, and then all of the other ones followed and all of my eggs fell to Furthermore, the egg holders inside do not seem to be made of durable plastic aside from the lid not staying on. A large piece of plastic was broken off of the egg holder when it fell to the ground. It is really disappointing to spend $25 on this, with little to show for it. There is a hazard with the lid!.
They do not have the length to carry those rectangular carriers designed for 13x9 cakes and also double as cupcake carriers. Surely a six-footer will fit in my trunk I made two 6-inch layer cakes, but no frosting could be placed on them. Additionally, the standards are just too low. I have a six year old My inch cakes are normally 4 inches in height, and I allow an inch for My only option is a Progressive carrier as it's the only one that allows me to put both 6-inch monitors There are plenty of space for inch cakes (both in height and width). As far as I am concerned, I can probably put 3 layers on it. Seeing the holes made me want to throw it away. It was perfect, but then What's the reason? Could you explain why such a design would be appropriate? Oh, my heart is so broken! There's no way I can take my cakes to the beach this weekend without something to transport them! The holes either originate from the product or the one I received is damaged. Not really sure if the holes are supposed to be there. My hope is that these holes were not intentionally made large enough to prevent food from staying fresh. The holes look chipped and I hope the manufacturer was not intentionally negligent. An easy way for dust, bugs, ants, etc. to get inside the carrier is to simply shake it. What a mess! In the meantime, I have requested a complete replacement, and I am praying that the one they will send me will be without As soon as I get the new product, I will update my review. This is 4/7/2017-*** As you can see from the pictures that I posted, the carrier can accommodate two 6-inch tablets with ease A cake should be at least an inch tall. It didn't even take me any time to remove the tray, and I have plenty of space. A brief update After receiving the replacement, I noticed that it again had the same big holes I complained about originally. Due to the fact that there is no other carrier of this size in the market, I think I will just work with it. Tape was put on the inside of the holes to seal them. That's what we need to do! Though I'm still confused as to why a food carrier would have holes in it.
I don't think you will be able to fit 2 9" pies in, but you might be able to get 2 8" pies in. Here's hoping this can be of some help to someone out there.
This shaped pie plate was fantastic when flattened because it was the perfect height to hold a pie crust. This makes it very difficult to pop the top and expand it, which is why I believe Although I loved it while it lasted, my bracelet cracked within 6 months after starting to use it. The design of the system really needs to be rethought.
My coworker's birthday party needed cupcakes, so I made them. The time was 6 p. m. The next morning, 30 minutes into the trip, I am sitting on the back seat of my car with a full carrier. The braking was sudden with skidding tires and a full stop from more than 60 mph. Once my heart calmed down, I was able to push the cupcake carrier back onto the seat after the bags flew. The cupcake carrier was too bulky to fall into the area behind the seat, so I had to push it back onto the seat. picked up a photograph of what looked like only minor damage before going to work and suspecting everything would be destroyed. There were two cupcakes on the upper tier that were slightly dented. I was amazed at how everything else had been completely untouched.
You may like to add a second! It has often been a struggle going from family functions or work functions to family and work functions with pies. In honor of pie day (3/14) I took a pie to work, but struggled to keep it from sliding off the back seat. In addition to this progressive provider, I have several other carriers that are terrific too! It didn't take long to find one after a quick search, as I figured they must have a pie carrier. I am very satisfied with the pie carrier. It was easy for me to take two pies home to my parents There is a lot to like Piles cannot slide around while being carried. There is ribbing at the bottom of the carrier to prevent it from sliding, a silicon ring to keep the pie from sliding, and an elastomeric ring to stabilize the pie on top. It was easy to fit two fruit pies on the table. While storing, the top can be collapsed to take up less space. Here are the bad things It seems that the clips that hold the lid to the base are not as secure as those of other carriers I own - including one from Progressive that holds cake and cupcakes. Pie carriers don't have as reassuring of a click when you close the clips and there's a difference between them and the normal ones. It is also not as smooth at aligning the lip as its competitors. Also, the carrier cannot be stored with pie mode active on the upper pie holder. Flipping it over with the egg holder is necessary to close it. There are a couple of minor issues, but the bad is mostly insignificant.
When you use the lid, it's important to lift two of the clips with your hands so you can set it into the groove in the base, and then allow the third clip to fall out. If you have it on a table, you can't just drop the lid on and go. When you open or close them, you need to use enough force that your finger will get pressed against something hard enough to draw blood or at least a bad bruise. It is a useful tool once you get the hang of it, so I'm giving it two stars instead of one.
