It will be a miserable experience for everyone if they list and slide. When you need to use a plate to hold food once a year, it must be designed specifically for that purpose! Despite being very simple, today's platter is extremely aesthetically pleasing and really showcases your lovely eggs in a great way. A total of 24 deep indenations around the edge of the tray hold halved or whole eggs well. Deviled eggs require a dozen eggs, so if you make one dozen, you'll have no leftovers, which was not the case with my overwrought and disappointing In all honesty, this plate is made of an earthenware that looks clunky, though the glaze makes it quite attractive and sturdy.
