In spite of this plate being designed for culinary arts, it makes a fine palette for my watercolours. The deep egg wells allow for easy separation of colors. Cleaning the glass is easy, and you won't see any paint on it after cleaning.

After I received this new glass egg plate, I immediately placed it in the dishwasher. There has been no use of it. After it had been in the dishwasher for a while, it completely broke. All the glass pieces are separated from each other in the dishwasher, making it very difficult to get them all out. This is not a good buy!.
The first thing it said was that There's a blue cast to it, I guess. In the case of anchor hocking, I would have expected it to come in a box for storage, instead, it was poorly wrapped inside a lot I guess what you pay for is what you get. It would be great to return it, but I don't have the time. I might keep it as a gift.
The glass is very sturdy and well made. Sadly, many of them these days are made from plastic. I had been seeking one. I like the size of this plate. It's perfect for taking out of the fridge right to the Easy to clean in the dishwasher.
I think there is nothing special about it. An Egg server with decent looks. My dinner wasn't particularly special, and I think if I had to do it over again, I would purchase a ceramic (colored or white). It just makes the glass look more messy if it has any egg or topping left There was one small bubble in the glass, but it was too minor to warrant.
