Godinger Dublin Biscuit Barrel

What I wanted is exactly what I got. The Rolled Wafer Cookie Jar met all of my needs better than my old Mr Peanut jar, which was a little too basic for my Rolled Wafer Cookies. I bought this container and it stands out right next to my Waterford Crystal Celtic Knot Canister that I paid considerably more for.

The item arrived exactly as expected, except that it was too small for the intended use of a #4 coffee filter. In the height measurement, the lid knob is considered part of the top. In the circumference measurement, the lid is not considered part of the top. The sellers were not at fault, but I should have realized that. As there is no silicone seal, I won't use it for food since it's not a biscuit or cookie jar. In my case, I am using it as a cotton ball container.
