Dust and other particles are kept out only by the lid. In the event that you move the container, the lid will not prevent liquid from spilling It took me a long time to learn this. In no way did I turn it upside down. As I carried it full, I tripped, and it fell. It quickly sloshed all over myself and the floor before I could make it 10 feet. Before I could transport it to my event, it had to be completely moved into a different container.
The spout is over the edge of the counter top. I just put it there.
Drinkable liquids can be drunk from it.
In most cases, the spout can accommodate orange juice pulp however, cleaning it more frequently to dislodge juice pulp that has become stuck might be necessary.

We did not expect to have to drill a hole in the dispenser, so the instructions were poor. It is apparent there's something wrong at Carlisle, but perhaps someone needs to correct it.
As far as the web description is concerned, the product is shown fully assembled without mentioning if assembly is In addition to the bucket and the parts to assemble and install the spigot, I also received the bucket without a predrilled hole. An instruction sheet was not provided for drilling.

I love how much easier and cleaner it is to dispense liquid products into my hose end sprayer bottles with this item. Unlike other containers, this one does not leak, so I can see how much product I have left over for later Having a lawsuit does not make it easier but it does make.
This beverage dispenser is made from polyethylene and has a capacity of 5 gallons of liquid. It does not have a dripless faucet and no labels. it just has a hole and no dripless faucet.
