I have a small sugar bowl with a lid. The body of the bowl fills up, and the lid covers it. The coffee bag is the best choice if you need to store coffee. If you need to store sugar, however, it is not the best choice, something larger is recommended. Although I love having it next to my Keurig, it does consume a lot of energy.

Certainly there's a slot on the lid for sticking out a small spoon handle. just use a demitasse spoon (from Ikea) and it fits perfectly.

It's a lot bigger than I expected. At Cracker Barrel I bought a little white cat creamer on impulse, and when I saw this sugar bowl, I was tempted to buy it, too. The sugar bowl is bigger than my creamer, but it's still cool to I feel that the piece is solid, but not huge in weight. Sugar cubes aren't available anywhere, so I wanted to put them in it, but I wasn't able to find any. Adding sugar is as simple as pouring it in. My tea tray and tea set sit on top of the mug.
The cubes of pure cane sugar I have inside are from Chile. The sight of it makes me happy every single time. You can even add a few sugar cubes or coffee and tea to make it an even better gift. Giving ideas is all I can do. When it comes to buying gifts, we don't always know what to do.

Can you guess what's happening? Whenever a cat is pictured, it has a cut at the back of its head I'm out for a spoon of some kind! It isn't clear what kind of spoon will fit, and there isn't one provided with the package. The bowl otherwise holds sugar, although you cannot easily see through the narrow mouth.
