Plastics should be handled with caution at extreme temperatures, regardless of the material. Because the carafes are not insulated, they will become hot to the touch when filled with hot coffee. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience!

I knew I wanted something slim, but not flimsy, and elegant, but most importantly After seeing the carafes I went in search of pitchers but changed my mind. It is a very good idea to buy the two packs because they are very good for many reasons. The quality is excellent and the price is reasonable. Instead of the 36, I am glad that I got the 50. A picture I saw showed how tiny the 36 were compared with something else. That helped me to make my decision. I was surprised by how fast the order arrived and how well packaged it was. The box was made of thin white paper and was not padded and was not sealed. It seems that they arrived in good condition, so that's good news I was able to observe no defects or damage to the carafes that I might have overlooked during shipping. Because they are tall and have a square base, they are less likely to tip over. Despite being lightweight, the plastic walls are rigid and don't bend when they are full or gripped the walls keep their shape all the time. It is easy to grasp and carry due to its weight and neck. So long as we use them properly within reason, which is how I plan to use them, I think they will be fairly durable. After they had been rinsed with warm water and soap, I removed them. Although I selected the item based on its dishwasher-safe reputation, it doesn't seem as if that feature is offered in the item I chose. I guess it is what it is. Though I do not own a bottle brush yet, I figure I can put a sponge inside and shake some soapy water in to clean it in the future. If you want a bottle brush, get one from Amazon (thanks). I proceeded to make the first concentrated orange juice, to which I used a regular size frozen juice container. The carafe's white cap looks good it fits well, you can flip it on and off with ease, and the screw on lid My sticky spill slipped right off the carafe after I ran warm water over it. As for the next test, I turned it upside down, then upside down again, and checked for leaks, but none were found. We turned it over again and shook it to mix the juice. No leaks have appeared so far. The day is going well for me. I snapped my pics for review, so I reviewed them. A picture I took shows the full container of orange juice resting on its side without any signs of leakage.
This was exactly what I wanted. Glass bottles are not allowed in our condo pool because it is a resort. The screw top fits perfectly around a bottle of wine.
Laundry detergent and fabric softener can be stored in it.
The problem is. This set of containers is perfect for me. You can store juice in the squeeze bottles instead of its original containers thus saving so much space. I do not like the top, however! You have filled the container with liquid it pools around the opening and does not return to it when you are done with pouring. There is a lot of gunk on I hate it! In a heartbeat, I would swap out those lids if I could find ones that didn't do that. Honestly, they don't bother me at all other than that minor but irritating detail.
There were a few pitchers that took up too much room in my fridge because they were too big. The size of this pitcher is absolutely perfect for the amount of food the recipe yields. It is also extremely easy to shake the mixture when making it and every morning before drinking it because of the screw top lid. The cap stays closed and the size is convenient for shaking! I found it very leak-free! I don't fear dropping it because the plastic is light and easy to handle. It would be nice if the bottle brush was dishwasher safe, but I already have a bottle brush, so cleaning it thoroughly is no This is a great product that I did not even need a second one, but am glad I have it! It's a great value and I love the fact that it is perfect.
Juicing vegetables is one of my favorite things to do. They are great for taking to work because they weigh much less than glass and do not leak. Their love is contagious.
The items have been thrown away. The enormous amount of effort this involved to keep them clean was too much for me after using them almost every day for over 9 months. In spite of buying several different bottle cleaners in a variety of sizes and styles, none of them have been able to reach the corners. The staining finally got out of hand after I made iced tea a lot in them. The only way to remove it was to use a small amount of bleach, but it wasn't safe to drink from them afterwards. The risk is not worth it. Several of them saved me space in my fridge, but they were not worth the effort to clean them As for the size and price, I did not realize how awkward and problematic it would be - I think I was overcharged by just a small amount. It is not even possible to buy 50 oz. containers if you use them to empty other containers into. A container. I think it's either a lot more, or a lot less, and ends up just being a waste, and I simply have to clean it Other options are available, and they are cheaper as well.
