". While the mug is beautiful and the message is sweet and heartfelt, it would have been nice if the giver had meant it. Considering I believed "warmth" to be true when it was purchased, I gave it a 5 out of 5. Sadly, we were unable to keep the mug as we felt that the message wasn't clear enough.

This is a gift my step daughter wanted to give to her father, and it's right for their relationship as father and daughter. I was pleased with how it was packaged. The white lettering in some places was black most was white. It was hard to read some of the white lettering. Despite its subtlety, you can still see what's being said. However, it did not go as smoothly as shown in the picture.
