A slight problem with one glass arriving broken at the stem caused the seller to replace it promptly and courteously with absolutely NO hassle on my part. There were a few other designs available from other sellers, but these were hands down my favorites. For this reason, it's best to place your order early, since you never know what the shipping process on an item may be like. My wedding is in May, so I am thrilled that my glasses are in perfect condition for the big day. I really liked the writing. Admittedly, it's subtle, so if you're looking for a more dramatic effect, this might not be the one for you, but the writing is very visible and the customization was great.
At a time when most websites where "Out of stock" on similar items, these gorgeous, personalized glasses arrived bride and groom said that the wedding rings looked great, were classy and very valuable to them. It is highly recommended to purchase this product from this seller.
If I had known about the twisty stem sooner, I probably would have chosen that option. The glass stem is very thick and of very good quality. The item arrived much quicker than expected since my friend's wedding date is next week and I paid an extra $7 for shipping. Black box arrived with the item.

There were no words to describe how happy the bride and groom were with them. It was a surprise for them when they made their toast, and they loved it. I would have preferred for the writing to be darker and more visible on the glass. That appears to be due to the machine that runs it running It seems to have been rubbed off and has more of a lighter appearance to it. At first glance you should be able to read it but I couldn't.

On the day of their wedding, I gave them to my niece and her husband as a gift. They are so well made, and the engraving is so lovely. I think that is a very nice Arrival of the group was well in advance of expectations. My heart is so full. This is a great pair of glasses. Highly recommended.
