A little piece is missing from one of the tumblers

Despite the fact that they are really cute and well made, the tumblers themselves are pretty good. I was however very upset to see that there was a piece missing from the The package is supposed to have 6 tumblers, 6 straws and 6 straw cleaners but I received 6 tumblers, 5 straws and no straw cleaners. We clean houses. There's no straw left for me now. All of us are capable of making mistakes. These will definitely be on my order list for the future, though I would really like to see all pieces.
