There has been an issue with the glass becoming fogged or marking in a kind of white opaque style near where my coffee line comes out. The first two glasses were returned as requested by the company, but the other two were still fine, and I really loved my glasses and did not want to give them up all at once. Approximately 20 years ago, a friend gifted me a set of Tervis Tumblers, and right away I fell in love with them. A set like this was purchased by me in June of this year. My wife and I began using the glasses soon enough, but quickly noticed condensation accumulating on one. There was a film left over that was impossible to remove. As soon as the second glass started doing the same thing, the third one did too. On a third glass, there is condensation but not yet any build up. In spite of the fact that you can put these in the dishwasher, I only washed them by hand. I'm aware that Tervis has a lifetime guarantee on their products and will send you replacement glasses if there is a defect in the glass. These tumblers can only be guaranteed by Tervis if they are marked with an authenticity stamp.
