The top portion of the cup is terrible and cheap

The cup's top does not keep anything warm, and the plastic is of poor quality, so it will not last long. Definitely not worth the $25, a complete letdown.

It's a great mug to take with you when you're on the go. It is a hit with my husband! The only disadvantage is that it does not keep your coffee or hot beverage warm for an extended period of time. That's fine with my husband because his coffee is consumed in a matter of seconds!.

The package was damaged when it arrived! What's the matter with me? Isn't there supposed to be a sliding lid on this? If that's the case, my product has been tampered with because it didn't come with one
