It's a yes! In there I drink my Beer all the time and it keeps it cold without a doubt. This is a very nice tankard and I bought three.

Even though I was hesitant to buy this at first, I finally relented and gave in to the temptation. My wife loves this mug and will not hesitate to purchase another one soon. It's a great price and the quality is excellent. You're going to love it if you're a fan of Iron Maiden. As a gift I bought another one for Christmas because I liked it so much I'm unsure whether I'll keep it or sell it, so I'd love to see them release more mugs with iconic characters -- I'm a big Harry Potter fan, so I would love to have a set of these mugs. I was thinking Megadeth's Vic Rattlehead, or KISS' Destroyer album cover, Alice Cooper's Welcome to My Nightmare album cover, etc. I just wanted to say that this mug is awesome. I'm sure you will not regret it. If you're on the fence like I was, just go for it!.
