It's been years since we bought it, and it's been very durable.
It's difficult to remember what I did with mine, but I believe that they hold about 4 ounces when filled almost to the top, or maybe 3 if I am not mistaken. Yes, mine were the large version, and they were the size shown in the picture. I apologize that I cannot be more precise.

The leak is not present. The construction is solid. My favorite way to drink sake is to fill them up with sake and let them sit for a few hours. As the wood develops, it will emit a wonderful smell. In contrast to the plain ones, I like the design of this one.
The sake looks amazing as an accent and also has a great flavor exchange.
The gift I bought for my friend was a big hit! It is a very unique item to have in the house with excellent workmanship! If you are looking for a unique sake cup, I highly recommend this product!.
At least for me, the product is exactly as described, it's an excellent product for the price point and for what I use it.
A box that I got as a gift for my husband leaks from the seam of one of the boxes. My experience with this purchase was less than satisfactory.
In order for our favorite sushi bar to keep our decorated boxes with their other customer boxes, we brought them to our favorite Sushi Bar. Markers with permanent ink can be used to decorate with your name and graphic. You can give this as a gift to people you meet while eating.
They are what they claim to be. I'm doing well. I consider it a good thing to have items built and made in Japan these days rather than in the 70's. It has a pine aroma with hot sake, but it doesn't have a great pine aroma. The trees may be pines, but they are not the kind I expected. As time progressed, it became better and is possibly going to get better still, but it's not what I was hoping for from my memory of Japanese sake served from a pine box. I washed them well before using them, and yes, they were well cleaned beforehand. I also don't think my wife is too keen on drinking out of She must be quite the girl, My attempt to get her to think "outside the box" failed because as a woman, she sees no point in putting her sake straight from a box corner when she can just use the pretty cups we already have. So, it did not go Even so, the boxes are very well made.
I'm in love with them!.
