I combined these with some hand pumps I purchased separately to allow my customers to dispense my homemade lotions with the least amount of risk of bacteria spreading. I like how it's amber in color to help protect my lotions from direct sunlight, and it holds a lot of product; I highly recommend it for lotion, alcohol, or any other liquid. I like that I can sanitize it with hot water because it's made of glass, though drying it upside down is a challenge.
These bottles arrived and appeared to be reasonable; the caps are excellent, maintaining a great seal even under pressure. Although the glass appeared to be of good quality, two of the bottles broke on their first use! The bottles were kept in a cabinet so they wouldn't be knocked around; I guess the pressure from the hard Apple cider was too much! Next time, I'll need to get some thicker glass jugs.
These growlers are appealing to the eye, as well as being functional and simple to use. These were purchased to store two gallons of Colloidal Silver that I had recently purchased. I've bought these before and will buy them again in the future if I need them.
I use them for my herbal teas, and the amber color keeps the light out, which is exactly what I was looking for. I also got a great deal because I bought two 32 oz. bottles. 11 bottles of regular wine 99 for a total of 23. 00 for four 64-ounce bottles jugs, so it was nice to get more bang for my buck. Each product was used to store one day's worth of purified water. Because bottles are heavy, consider your options before placing an order.
When it comes to home brewing, quality growlers are a must. This is especially true if you already have a tap system set up.
The caps, I believe, have a design that allows gas to escape while keeping the beverage carbonated. I now use them to mix a variety of teas and other beverages.
These were used as centerpieces at my baby shower, as well as for brewing beer! Sturdy, thick glass that can be reused!.
