I'm not one to write negative reviews, but this product (at least the growler that was delivered to me) has a serious design flaw. When I cleaned it after the first time we used it, I noticed that the glass on the growler's neck had started to crack. What's more, it now has a full-fledged website. It has a blown hole in it, making it unusable. br>The flaw in the design occurs right where the container's closure snaps down to seal it. It appears that it applies too much pressure to the glass, causing it to crack. Check out the images. br>It's too bad, because I think this is a very nice growler otherwise, and it's even more annoying because I bought it to replace another (even nicer) growler that I broke by accident.
Everything is made of glass! br>br>I use this to transport beer to various friends' homes when we hang out. It keeps the beer from going flat and can hold a lot of it. It also has a very solid feel to it and a professional appearance. This was an excellent purchase.
This is a lot of fun. I bought it as a present for my mother's husband and tested it before giving it to him. The bartender exclaimed, "I've never seen anything like it!" br>br>I recommend this to anyone who has trouble fitting their fingers into small growler handles or who wants a growler that is "big and bossy. As a birthday present, I bought this growler. Its substantial size and well-made construction impressed me. Handle with a purpose. The bottle stopper has an incredible suction. The amber in glass is stunning. The finished product has a retro feel to it. My husband is excited to use it at upcoming beer garden events in his neighborhood.
Although the handle appears to be small, it is quite functional. The seal on the lid is extremely tight - I've been able to take it on road trips with me, and the beer inside always stays cold!.
It's fantastic! Seals are a lot better than I expected.
This was purchased as a gift/award, and it was sandblasted with the recipient's name and title, which stood out brilliantly against the brown/Amber Glass. This is something I'll be using for future projects.
I really liked the style and appearance of this, and my brother and I both enjoy craft beers, particularly in San Diego. I was worried he wouldn't think it was as cool as I did, but he does, and I'm sure he'll be trying it out at his favorite local brewery soon! It arrived in excellent condition and was delivered promptly. One of these might be useful to me!.
