A review would have been helpful, I guess. will notice that our cups have very thin silver plating that wore through after the second cleaning, as at least in my case. It is showing (on the inside) that copper is beneath the metal. There has been no tarnishing of the outside, so it still looks fresh. My whiskey glass is used for whiskey, but I'm not sure if that affects it. After cleaning with soap and water and immediately drying, the outside stays clean for a long time. That should help a bit.
There is a sad truth to It is not possible to engrave plate items.
Fourteen ounces are contained in the cups, which are approximately 4 1/2 inches tall.
According to my understanding, the cup is plated with silver and made from copper. Thus, if the engraving penetrated the silver and revealed the copper deposition, I would expect the metal to reveal itself. A silver engraving like this would stand out from the norm.

Two of them were used for a few drinks and handwashing, and one of them began to show copper. Buying is a bad idea. Reed and Barton will cost you twice as much. I have had those for years and they are still in great shape.
This is the Copper Mint Julep Cup by the Prince of Scots This cup is what it says it is, it has a silver finish, though there is a ring on the outside that does not seem to be polished, but I try not to pay attention to that because I prefer it that way for my purposes. The polishing cloth that comes with the set makes cleaning it up easy.
During my son's rehearsal dinner, I was going to use the mint julep cups as vases for rose arrangements. It is quite impressive how these cups present the flowers, are incredibly beautiful, and are quite affordable for the sheer It's great to have.
As described, the item did not differ from what was It will, however, not be able to be used as a drink container due to the sulfurous smell and taste it gives to its.
I'll likely buy more.
