In April of last year, I ordered a matching pitcher on Amazon. Eye4Art was the seller, and it is currently unavailable on their website. You could try contacting the seller directly to see if they can get another one for you.

What is the size of the actual liquid-holding part?

Dimensions may vary from set to set due to the hand-blown nature of these glasses. Keeping this in mind, the liquid-holding portion is about 1. 75 inches in height.

Why does your product description say 16oz on top? Also, why does it say 14 oz at the bottom of the description? It's all a lie. ?

Is it really necessary to pay a restocking fee if one of the glasses in the set is defective? Fortunately, Amazon is excellent at handling complaints, as I don't have many, but I received four pairs of these glasses, three of which were in excellent condition and were stunning

However, one had a flaw that would likely cut someone's tongue if I used it, which isn't acceptable. I returned it and received a new set. br>br> That's fine; I understand the flaw, and I understand that, especially with a handmade glass item, a little more quality control is required. . . but, fine. . . I'll package it and take it to Kohl's. Then there's the fact that I was charged a restocking fee. Is that to say you put this glass back on the shelf for the next customer because it had a super share large circle (like where an air bubble or something popped and created a sharp ridge in the glass)? I suppose that's the case. br>br>Most people would probably just take the $11 and be done with it. 20. However, I am extremely disappointed that there was a second opportunity to QC the product and the decision was made to charge a restocking fee. br>br>Thank you for your help, but now everyone is aware of the possibilities. Good luck; just be prepared to fight for what you pay for, and be aware that it may end up costing more than you anticipated.

They could all stand to be a little taller, in my opinion. I got three people who were about the same height as each other, then one who was noticeably taller - Not even close to what the description claims. They're quite substantial. Very lovely, and the color scheme is stunning. The Caribbean Sea is a brilliant blue. When filled to the brim, each one held 16 oz. I'm not sure if you want to do that after your first margarita! I'd make another purchase. All I can say is that I hope they're all taller.

These glasses are large and heavy, made of thick glass, and appear to be well-made and handcrafted. br>However, one of them was cracked, so I only gave it four stars because of it. br>Amazon went out of their way to fix the issue.

These eyeglasses are stunning! Yes, because they are all handcrafted, they are all slightly different in size, but I like that this adds to their individuality. They were a few days late, but at the very least none of them were broken. I was fortunate in that I knew a few people whose reviews were broken. I can understand why they might have been better protected. My luck was on my side!.
