I was tired of wearing small, ordinary glasses, so I went ahead and bought these. They are very attractive and, more importantly, they are larger than standard margarita glasses. They're made by hand and are quite heavy. I invited some friends over as soon as I got them to see if they "worked" lol. br>br>Of course, they were complimented. They're elegant enough for a special occasion, but durable enough that we can use them on a regular basis without fear of breaking them. Because they're so pretty, I keep them on our Spanish-style bar. br>br>They are a lot more expensive than the other glasses on the market, but I love them so much that I will buy them again.
They were all slightly different, according to one review. They are. They're made by hand in the United States. That's one of the qualities I admire in them. They are of excellent quality, and we are extremely pleased with them. There was one thing, though. When I filled it with my margarita, I noticed that it had been completely drained in an unusually short period of time. ) Ideal for personal use or as a gift. I would strongly suggest it.
Hand-blown glasses that are both beautiful and sturdy! Because each glass is made by hand, they differ slightly. You can tell the difference in quality. The glasses are a good size and thickness. Your guests will surely compliment you on these. One of the glasses I received had a bubble (which is typical of blown glass) and was slightly rough. I received a replacement glass right away from the seller. I'm very pleased with the glasses and the service; they're a wedding present, and I'll be ordering more in the future.
I wanted to get her a new margarita set in cobalt blue. Pier1 no longer sells the set, but I was able to track down the pitcher after a lot of searching. Here are some glasses! br>br>They are a huge hit with my sister. They're exactly the same as the ones she had previously, she claims. They're extremely well-made. The minor size variations prove that these are authentic Mexican blown glass. They take center stage on her dining room buffet, as you can see in the attached photos. br>br>I believe the original set cost me around $60. Inflation-adjusted, these are actually a little less expensive, so I think the price is reasonable.
This set of margarita glasses is well worth the money. My in- Laws adore margaritas and are completely devoted to them. They're beautifully crafted and of excellent quality.
These were larger than I had anticipated, but they were still very sturdy and attractive, and they matched a pitcher I received as a gift from Mexico many years ago. I ordered two boxes, but two of the glasses were defective, so I returned one. But I don't have time to reorder, so I'm giving the pitcher set and the other set of larger glasses I bought from the same dealer as a gift. They, too, were fantastic. Returning the item was a breeze, and I was very pleased with my purchase.
They are, without a doubt, steady. All I ask is for better quality control. I understand that these are handmade and value the authenticity, but I believe that the unleveled glasses should be removed from the set and that the four glasses that are the least similar in height should be grouped together. I'm not happy.
They're exactly the same as the ones you'd find in a Mexican restaurant. These are nice big bowls, perfect for a lot of salt, and they're made of thick, sturdy glass. Each one is unique due to the fact that they are hand-blown. In addition, the glass has a few small bubbles. But that's exactly what I'm looking for in a margarita glass; it has to feel authentic.
