There is a seam on the one liter. I'm not sure about the 2 liter, but it seems likely.

It makes for an interesting aquarium, but don't put your fish in it

This is something I bought for my father because he REALLY enjoys booze. It's one of my favorites. For it, I abandoned my mother and the rest of our family. I was able to rekindle my relationship with him over this boot, until he broke it in a drunken rage and compared it to "our shattered family. " " I bought a new one and filled it with my fish. Every time I see it now, it serves as a reminder to never trust anyone again. But it's a nice boot.

I bought two of these because they look like handcrafted art, and I thought it would be nice to have a pair

There's enough of a difference between them that they weren't cast as identical twins. They have the appearance of handcrafted art and are made of glass for long-term durability. I've been careful not to drop them, but I don't think they'd survive a drop test, and I don't want to put them through it myself.

A fantastic party favor

My brother's wedding went off without a hitch. I assisted in the inebriation of a few people, most notably my brother. This glass was passed around and drank from by all of the guests at the wedding. It was designed to be a fantastic experience. I can't speak to the durability because it hasn't been dropped and has only been used for one day. It's well worth the money, as well as the experience you'll gain from using it.

What's not to like about the boot? I'm a professional brewer, and this thing is so much fun to bring to work after I'm done and relax and have fun with friends, just be aware that it's a lot of beer (2 liters);.
