The reason I bought this spoon is that it was larger than a cheaper, shorter spoon, so it is easier to locate. Think about how quickly the small ones would get lost.

Serving caviar on this mother of pearl sea shell spoon is a delightful experience. In my Glass Caviar Server, I put this longer spoon in so that people can put some on crackers or egg slices. It is very delicate and does not alter the taste of the caviar in any way. This product was available on Amazon and I am happy I found it.
