Every time I eat or cook, they are there. I have also observed that they seem to hold up well when washing by hand, especially the threaded handles. For a complete set of appetizer/dessert utensils, I ordered the matching fork and spoon that I thought were Wood is the perfect replacement for metal tableware, so consider it if you want to replace metal with wood.
