This product is not for human consumption. I love how long and wide they are. However, if you use them for eating they're a little too thick for my taste.

Because they were in pieces when they arrived, I am not sure how sturdy they are. It's sure I would have returned them if I didn't need them just for the handles.

These were bought to use for cooking - they look like a great buy. It has a slight glaze and is strong There is no wrong way to do it.
