Contrary to the picture, the product is different

Earlier today, I received a delivery of five spoons. There was a surprise to me that the picture of the spoon shows a smooth handle and 4 of the spoons I received had juvenile dots on them, and 1 spoon had a flower on it. The spoons also had a cross on three of them There were two images that failed the "bone" at the bottom and the "bone" at the top. I was pleased with the shipping time and the engraving. It does not appeal to me that the product is mixed and matched! If this is the case, what can be done about it?.
