I am so glad I took a chance on it. There is nothing like that knife to cut cake cleanly. It is sharp, and cuts cake like butter! My other thicker, more rigid Fat Daddio cake knife, which I use for torting cake layers, doesn't cut as well as this one. An image of the cut cake can be found in the attached photo.
