It's true they can cut meat well with their sharp edges. You should be aware that they won't break your fingers or cause you to slice your finger open if you aren't careful.
There is only one It's great to have them. I am able to match them perfectly with my other Oneida collection.
There is enough weight to the knives to make them Rather than give a rough weight, I can say that they do not feel cheap or flimsy. Cutting meat is easy as there is no "give" or bending involved. Unlike the large knives with wooden handles used in some steakhouses, these knives are much smaller. It measures just over nine inches in length, including the handle, and it has a blade length of about four inches. It is 5 inches long. It is approximately 2 inches wide and serrated at the bottom. A blade of five inches wide is about 3/4 inch wide at the widest part.
A serrated blade is present on the top of the knife, but it is not a steak knife.

Despite being fantastic, these new generation Flight II knives are not the same as the original models from 1994 to 1999 There is an updated version for 2008 available here. You can't match the previous version if you want it to match. In spite of these differences, the new versions are very similar and they're a nice looking design. They're thinner in the handle and less round on the bottom, so you don't feel the sam in your hand.
In my search for a good, sharp lunch/dinner knife that can be used as both a utility knife and a tomato carver, I came across a handful of knives. You've reached the end! They are perfect for slicing tomatoes, onions, and pickles, and they can be rinsing quickly. It's been a pleasure to use them with steaks and sausages for dinner. The product is great, and the price is right.
This was a Canadian product. Anyone looking for a replacement for their old set would find this product to be the perfect replacement. A great product with a heavy weight, sharp edges, long and thick width. I purchased a second set before they ran out since I was so pleased with it.
Previously, I had purchased steak knives that were so sharp that I cut myself three times while using them for very normal tasks. I hate it. They are sharp, but it is important to note that they are not toys. pictures make it appear that the knives are more open so it may be easier for more people to hold them (look at how they're not as pronounced as they actually are), but they are still very good knives. I imagined that they would have a better grip when I saw the picture, but according to the picture, it appears to be just a stick with a knife attached.
It is sad. It's like 15 years ago when I first bought these and the quality has gone down. I don't like how they feel in my hand as much as our older set did. There are fewer rounded edges and more flat ones. We feel bad about it. Just like shown in the picture. Printed knives were displayed in an unattractive manner, which is my only complaint. In view of the fact that this item was a gift, I would have preferred if it came in a box with the knives separated. It was like they were all stuck in a bag together. I did not give it as a gift because of its cheap appearance. My carelessness would have been unimpressive if it hadn't been a gift. Other than that, it is an excellent product.
My Flight set already has all of the knives in it, but I felt like I needed some extras. I was pleased to find a pair of shoes at a good price with the same style. They are simple and have a good feel. It's really easy to cut with these knives. Despite being well packed and on time, the package arrived damaged.
