Are these packaged in a way that they could be given as a gift?

These were purchased in two sets. The knives were individually wrapped in plastic and rubber banded together in no "gift"-looking box. I didn't mind because they were only for me. But, since I don't have the presentation you were looking for, I'm sure you'll be disappointed. About a year ago, I purchased these, along with steak knives.

How big is each knife?

Just for you, I dug one from my sideboard. It's just a fraction of an inch short of 9 inches.

I bought these with the intention of using them as cheese knives for a rose gold-themed bridal shower to go with my Social Distancing cheese platters, but they didn't work out. I was unable to use them because they arrived late from Amazon. I'm returning them, but they were very nice and I would recommend them to others. I'll show you my SD party idea, but this time with plastic knives.

For the money, this is a fantastic purchase

I bought these with the intention of using them for cookie decorating, but due to covid, I've only used them for cheese. I like how sturdy they are and how well they clean up in the dishwasher. They came out spotted for someone else, but mine are fine; I'll get a lot of use out of them, and I highly recommend them.

To make the memory last even longer, I made gift boxes of handpacked smoked Alaskan salmon for salmon spread, homemade jellies, and a spreader. The spreader appears to be of sufficient quality to be included in the gift basket. So I'm pleased, and it appears that the recipients are as well.

Dessert knives that are very attractive

Color is a beautiful gold. These were purchased to complement other gold flatware I already owned, but which lacked butter knives. The color combination is fantastic. I haven't had much experience with them, so I'm not sure how well the color will hold up, but so far, so good.
