However, I found this product to be inferior to my originals

I found that it was not aligned with my original set, despite the product looking nice. The sales rep told me the design had changed when I spoke with her. The fact that Oneida would change the shape of an item so it does not match the original set I own is hard for me to understand. They refunded my money, which was a pleasant surprise.
