The coating on these peels off in the dishwasher, leaving you with an unsightly black utensil that isn't reusable.
It was a good match for the food we served. There have been over 70 people who have used these utensils, and not a single one has broken. They were able to achieve an elegant look on a shoestring budget. They are referred to as extra heavyweights. They aren't as good as restaurant silverware, but they served everyone at our baby shower just fine. We even had some outside on the tables, and they stayed put even when there was a breeze. We now pack our lunches at home using the leftover utensils! This is a brand that I will purchase again in the future.
This cutlery set was a pleasant surprise to me. They are heavy and looked great at an engagement dinner I hosted; I used real plates but didn't have enough silverware for 40 people, so I bought this set; no one commented on how cheap or plastic-like they looked; I will definitely buy these again.
This is what we use for Thanksgiving dinner to save time cleaning up. That was a huge blunder. We're attempting to cut the turkey or simply pick up the food, so keep breaking us. The whole thing is a shambles.
I've ordered them several times and they've never let me down!.
Each cutlery piece had a sharp edge on the bottom of the handle that stood out because it wasn't gold-colored. I couldn't use them because they were so bad looking. I bought some at Party City, and the same type of imperfection could be seen on the bottom of the handles, but it was minor and didn't detract from the overall appearance.
I couldn't be more pleased. These complemented a lovely Friendsgiving table beautifully. Looks authentic, but it's just a one-time use item!.
These cutlery products do not have a clean cut and finish at the base of the handle. br>br>The "color" of gold work is good.
