It is surprising how heavy these are, but they are solid and have a good balance. The pliers grip things well, allow me to use them easily, and I can just throw them in the top rack of my dishwasher when I am done with them. There are some beautiful etchings on them, and I love how the matte black is so elegant and durable at the same time. This is a great product which I am looking forward to using for a long time. You can find all the details by reading the review. As of yet, they haven't been used. They were hand washed upon arrival and have been sitting in a drawer for some time. The sushi we tend to order is rather sporadic, so we wanted a reusable set so that we could have a head start. I am going to stop here with my first impressions. After we have used them, I will update. It is insane how expensive things are compared to quality. Given how nice they are and how inexpensive they are, these things are great. The packet came neatly packaged in a soft canvas bag (or what looked like a canvas bag). The chopsticks feel very premium, as if you are holding something ornate, and I was looking forward to trying them out when I received them instead of the cheap chopsticks that came Here we are. After using these, I reviewed them and found them quite pleasant in comparison to the wooden ones I used to use at the Chinese restaurant. The bamboo ones are so much better. Especially useful is the fact that the dishes can be washed in the dishwasher. It is nice to have an extra cloth bag included.
