A plastic spoon is. My only concern was that I had been trying to avoid plastic, so I wish you had been clearer about the heat sensitive ones not being Aside from that, you would expect baby spoons to be like this.

Those shorter ones are also very comfortable and easy to feed, but one of them broke as soon as I washed it. Due to how fragile they are, I have to remove some stars.

It is hard to find a thing wrong with these spoons, they have never let me down. My son is able to chew on them easily while he is eating food, and I also find them easy to handle. The spoons are amazing and I would highly recommend them. The silicone spoons are better since they fit into his mouth, great for yogurt. The plastic spoons are a bit defective in that the side of the handle cracks after you use it several times, but the shape and size are ideal. Nevertheless, better than other spoons you can find on the web.
