Can I use these plates without worrying about lead?

There is no way for me to It does not contain any food for us to eat when we use All of the people are eating from their own plates, so this is just a teaching tool to help the leader.

The place of manufacture of this plate is unknown. ?

It was made in China until the plate was delivered that we realized that. We are sorry for the news. It's a very nice plate, and will probably be used at one of the seders. I hope you have a good Pesach.

You might win the lottery with it, but it's a nice set to have in your home
3/5

In spite of these conditions, I intend to keep my set so that I can use it for future Seders A Seder plate like this one looks beautiful and does the job for Passover because it is big enough for a lot of food to fit on In any case, as other reviewers have pointed out, it is a made in China item, and therefore, the quality will reflect There are two reasons why you should not buy it, first of all, it is not something that is authentic to Jewish culture, so if you're looking for a piece for your house to last forever, you should look somewhere There are two pots containing the horseradish and the salt water, however, they are not glued/adhered to the center of the base, so that part of the base It has also been problematic to order this set more than once I had to file a case each time. Upon receiving the first set, I noticed that there was a misspelled word on the Seder Plate ("Greerns," I think), and the horseradish dish was severely cracked in As my second set of horseradish and salt water vessels did not include lids or spoons, I returned it. As it turned out, I hadn't yet sent the first set back, so I was able to piecemeal together an entire passover set in time for Passover. In the event that this set does not meet your expectations as it did for me, keep this cautionary tale in mind and order early at least three months in advance.

The traditional plate for a teaching leader on the Seder table
5/5

I was fascinated by the special Seder plates after attending a recent Seder dinner sponsored by our church, where you can place each of the items used in the Seder in a separate place and eventually use the plate and items as a teaching tool for those attending the Seder. In the future, I intend to host Seder dinners in our private home, so I purchased this. It would be nice if we could have a longer dinner with all the readings and teaching that go With a large group function, that is not possible. In general, a large group setting is good for introducing people to a Seder, but a smaller, more intimate setting would have more time for teaching and discussion. There is a lot of detail to the plate. This ceramic plate looks good and is well made. Each of the things needed for the Seder dinner can be held in the six indentations on the plate. The design of the application is also pleasing. Instead of the colored plates that you can purchase, I preferred the simple design framed in blue and white. The design of this plate is more representative of the everyday life of the Jewish family and therefore I believe it is more authentic.

It is a nice looking plate, it will perform its functions well, and it will look good all year round on your china shelf.

However, it is a beautiful plate
4/5

If it were not made in China, I would rate it a five out of five. Despite the fact that it is a beautiful plate for a great price, I sent it back because I wanted an heirloom quality piece that was not At the last minute, I found another one on ebay, so I decided to return the current This plate will be a great addition to the kitchen and can be used for many years to come if you don't care where it is made. I liked how large and beautiful it is, and I liked how it arrived quickly. A packaged product.

The price you pay for the product or service you receive
3/5

As you know, it is. The price you pay for the product or service you receive. Since it's made of Chinese cheap materials, it's also cheap An excellent product. It does appear to be hand painted, but the person who did it doesn't seem to read, write, or speak My plan is to use it this year and then share it with others.

There is a spelling mistake on the I received a typo on my plate, though it looks beautiful and is exactly what I was looking for
3/5

There was a typo in the spelling of greens. It is very disappointing that this error did not get caught by the quality control division. My next plate should have all the items spelled correctly, so I will have to go through the return process.
