This is just a regular size plate. . . It does have the markings for portion, but if you're on a high fat low carb diet, this is not for you. If you're on a high protein low carb diet, you might want to look at other options,.

It is poorly made. It is made out of thin plastic and isn't worth the price. It is the quality of something you can get from Dollar Tree. There will eventually be scratches in the paint. A word of warning to the buyer.

It's a wonderful plate that both my daughter and I love. Viewing your portions through this visual queue is a great experience. However, it would be a lot better if it were a little smaller Even so, you are still getting a good chunk. The space allotted can also be used for half of it.
