All of our products are guaranteed to be made of glass, as far as I know. Ordinary fire will melt plastic, but our coffee cup will not be destroyed by fire; instead, it will become brighter under the flame, as shown in the video.
Yes, this coffee cup holds more than 16 ounces; it is large, and it aids in the presentation of my Cappuccinos.

It doesn't seem to come with a warranty, but it shouldn't break because it's insulated. I ordered the larger size, but the regular size should fit just fine.

They're a tad on the frail side. They appear to be of excellent quality and size, but I'm hesitant to wash them. We'll see how well they hold up in the long run. br>*edit/update: These guys are still going strong and we use them on a daily basis. So far, the dishwasher has been working well. I just can't tell if they're made of glass or not. They do have a plastic appearance to them. Everyone else I've talked to agrees. However, they do appear to be made of plastic. They don't keep your items any warmer than any other ceramic cup I've tried, in fact, they keep them colder. But, for the time being, they've held up. But I'm not sure I'd recommend them for the price. *I'm down to two now, so I'll edit again. They are extremely delicate and easily breakable. And I got my first ever, please remove your review and we'll send you a $30 email from them email. So you might want to think twice about that five-star rating.
Too fragile; in the last year, I've broken two of my BTaT cups due to carelessness. I assumed I'd be able to take their place. Because of the larger size and lower price, my wife ordered these; however, we made a blunder. Although the larger size is more convenient in that it holds more coffee, it does not appear to be as well insulated. The coffee cools down faster. Then there was the time she dropped a teaspoon into an empty cup and the bottom shattered, leaving a large hole in the cup's inner part. Because that is far too delicate, the entire set will be returned. One star.
They're the ideal size for making lattes, cappuccinos, and even small iced coffees! Furthermore, they make your drinks appear even more appealing! Glass can't compare to this! I was disappointed after opening the package! I decided to try it out to see if I could get used to the fact that the mugs weren't made of glass. It's been a week since I got it. They are fantastic! It is difficult to make changes. These mugs are light in weight and won't make you sweat. A large cup of coffee should be held in your hands. I really like the look of my coffee with the milk on top. bottom. br> I've been using it for two weeks now. I adore them. Because we use them so frequently, I washed them in the sink. When it collided with another object, one of them cracked. It wasn't difficult; it was only a minor stumbling block. So, instead of washing by hand, put them in the dishwasher to avoid hitting anything else. I'm not sure if the dealer will replace it, but I'll contact them. br>Amazon gave me two options: I could return it for a refund or they would send me four new ones. I might be able to get a new cup. replace it with my shattered one. return. I'm so fond of them that I've decided to replace them. Maxine, an Amazon employee, was extremely helpful. First and foremost, don't be fooled: these mugs will not keep your hot beverage any hotter than a standard ceramic mug. We've had these for ten months and they still cool faster than some thicker ceramic mugs. br>br> All four are scratched and soiled as a result of their time in the dishwasher. I take great care when loading and unloading. br>br>Today, I discovered water between the two layers of one of the mugs. The seal on the little dimple has sprung a leak. Update: Another seal on the bottom is failing two days later. It appears to be some kind of resin or glue-based sticker. As a result of the seal failure, we've now lost two of the four. br>br>It irritates me because my husband is the only one who uses them, and only two mugs are used per day. They've always been washed by hand or in the dishwasher's top rack. I checked the product listing, and it states that they are dishwasher safe. Lame. The other two mugs' seals appear to be failing in the near future. The money spent was not well spent.
After a few months, there was a minor flaw. I was pleased with these when I received them in June 2021 - Now it's August 2021, and one of my mugs has water in it after being washed in the dishwasher. It says these are dishwasher safe between the glass, but it's unfortunate that it happened so quickly.
Right out of the box, it's of surprising quality. Each mug is individually wrapped in a single piece of dense black foam (as seen in the photo). I removed another piece of foam from the top before photographing it, which completely encased the mugs for shipping. It wasn't until I read the box that I realized they were made of hand-blown glass. The attention to detail is incredible. They are extremely light and comfortable to hold. I've posted a video of myself holding a fresh cup of hot tea by the sides so you can see the steam coming off the top, and the insulation is so amazing that I can hold a streaming cup of anything with my hands wrapped around the outside and the mug stays cool in my hand. The glass is incredibly smooth, which I adore. br>br>In general, I prefer 16oz mugs and have quite a few of them. Every morning with breakfast, I drink hot tea (or coffee), and 16 oz is the perfect size for just "one" cup. My favorite mugs prior to purchasing these were Starbucks' white ceramic mugs. Starbucks mugs are expensive, so I save my app points until I have enough to buy one. One problem I have with ceramic mugs is that the last quarter of my drink gets cold. With these double-decker buses, I don't have that problem. The last bit isn't piping hot, but it's warm enough to be enjoyable, which is a big plus in my book. I've put these mugs through the dishwasher several times and microwaved them a few times for hot cocoa, and they're still as good as new. I even dropped a mug on the carpet while standing up the first time I used it. It bounced and rolled around, scaring the living daylights out of me, but it did not inflict any damage. These are without a doubt my new favorite mugs, and I strongly advise you to purchase them. I'm going to get a second box for my office as soon as possible.
