This mug has been in my possession for quite a while and I have been using it to reheat beverages in the microwave quite a bit. Despite the fact that they don't seem to be tempered glass, I would not boil water in them, but from experience they can be safely used for reheating drinks.

It's hard to believe how awesome these mugs are! The glass is thick and sturdy, as you can see in the picture. They never scratch even after being washed, no matter how much I worry. It's such a pretty color too! It's at least twice a day that I use mine.
