Despite my ordering this mug, it was poorly packaged, with no bubble wrap, and was broken when it arrived. Those were the dates of May 3 and May 4, respectively.
I'd say it probably would, Molly. It looks as if most of your hand is outside the hole on the picture when you hold the cup. It really only fits a part of your finger in the hole. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, Matt

I am able to fit it in my car cup holder in a Subaru Crosstrek. However, some others may find it difficult to grip the cup because the handle pouch sticks out a bit when they grasp.

On both of my mugs, I love the color and design, and they don't fade in the least after using them for a few years. Having to tuck my hand into a nook on a chilly day or when I'm having tea, I really enjoy it as much for snuggling up against a warm cup as for sipping it! You should caution yourself that when your beverage is extremely hot, it will be extremely hot in the groove. Do not wrap your hand around the mug and into it as it will Although you have to wait until the piece cools down before holding it, you can grab it by the handle. Below is a photo (the one upside down. Sorry about that. when I hold it for a couple minutes because it's too hot to wrap my hand inside so you If I had to hold that mug all the time, I wouldn't appreciate it, but it works just fine for the few minutes I need it! Coffee with milk comes out easily. If I've just poured boiling water straight in, some time will be needed to get my hand around the groove before I can comfortably wrap it around and hold it (as I'm doing It does have one downside, if you want to clean it by hand, you need to get all around the bottom inside while using your sponge. This is especially true if you're drinking something that might leave a little gunk at the bottom like hot cocoa. The reason for this is that the groove for your hand pokes into the middle of the mug, so you have to maneuver the sponge around it. I've included a photo of what it looks like inside the mug to give you an idea.
A unique design and concept, but one that isn't practical in real life. The reason I thought it would be more insulated when the liquid is hot is beyond me Ceramic is obvious from its appearance. The result is that at first it's too hot to put your fingers into the "warmer", making it a bit It is an interesting design, however, and I believe that most people purchase it for its novelty and beauty rather than for its ability to warm their hands.
A high level of craftsmanship is evident in the ergonomics of this device. It's the function that is causing as per the There is no way I can hold it in this heat. There is no problem if the drink is made in a French press, pour over, or cold splash latte or mocha. As a hot coffee enthusiast, I tend to drink from the right handed design with my left hand while gripping the outside of the hand pocket just like the handle of Not getting a set of the game is a good thing. **Secondly, when the contents are cooled to the point that I can hold the cup with my right hand, my thumb gets into the streaks of java left by my leaking In other words, my morning coffee experience has become a bit of a struggle, and I'm just not feeling great about the rest of the day. You might not understand, but if you were a coffee drinker, you might be.
As for the mug, it has an extremely inventive design, and it looks very nice on my desk with all the pens and.
My last mug was cracked and leaked, although I never dropped it (and the one I am using now does not leak). So, I purchased this one. So I bought one of these Clay in Motion mugs because I am impressed with the design and style. Generally, I take a sip of water from this mug (not Since I've only had the mug for 2 weeks, it's still in good condition I have started to see cracks across the exterior of the mug (same as what the other reviewer noted). My mug looks horrible and if the cracks continue to grow, I fear that it will not last very long As the crack starts to leak (like my previous one that was given to me) this one will eventually end up like my previous one. Unfortunately, this mug looks cheaply made and is a shame as it is a nice-looking mug. Thus, I give it a 3 out of 5. Here are two photos with visible cracks (I am attaching them.
There is poor quality in this product. Initially, I thought this was okay. I didn't like how the bottoms were not glazed like the rest of the mugs. In some places of the inside of the mug you could see that the clay was just bare. They were fine except for the above mentioned point. The dishwasher will not work until a few cycles have been run. As the openings of the mugs start to disappear from a round shape to an oval shape, both of the mugs I purchased are gradually deforming. It is expected that these would be of significantly better quality considering the price.
For Christmas this year, I gave the gift of warmth to my family. 5 of these handwarmer mugs were purchased for my nephews, nieces, and their spouses (along with a variety of hot cocoas and hot spiced apple cider) as Christmas gifts. Upon ordering, the mugs were shipped promptly and I received them within ten days. There was no damage to any of the packages, and each one had been packaged perfectly. Besides being large and substantial in weight, they are beautifully painted and glazed, with the perfect shape and size to fit your hand. I plan on ordering more for myself and my husband.
I did not expect it to be so large. All colors and glazes are exactly as they appear in the picture. This mug is expensive for a single device, but it is well made and of excellent I am left-handed, so the right-handed version was the most natural purchase. This is a foolish move on my part. My right hand has always been occupied by my mug, so it didn't take long after receiving and using it for a while to realize I always hold it with my left hand.
