After carefully separating the stainless steel part from the aluminum unit to wash them for the first time (yes, the seller description notes that they can be separated for washing), I encountered an issue. Once I handwashed and air dried them, the glass slowly sprang out of the base until it popped out completely. When I tried to replace the base on the glass, the glass slowly started rising. The bases fit each glass, but I couldn't get them all to fit. A glass and base will only stay together if one of them is broken. Since hot liquid cannot be handled without the handle, three of them are no longer useful for doing what they were meant for.

One of the cups in our set had a very obvious manufacturing defect. It had a flat rim and a glass with sharp edges. Three of the other three had smooth edges that were rounded and domed. In the defective glass, it was almost like the rounded edge was pushed down during the formation of the glass and the excess glass ended up on The risk is too high. A piece of glass with a sharp edge would have cut the inside of an unsuspecting Any rational person would have thrown it away if he or she found it uncomfortable. The next set I receive will be exchanged for another set, and I'll update my rating when all 4 are okay. I got a new set of clothes. Why? Aside from that, if the design and size hold up, I like the design and size. I just need them to reevaluate their quality assurance, especially when safety is involved.

I would recommend these to anybody looking for a good value for their money. The metal ring can be removed if you need to put the glass in the microwave or get it clean better, but doing so sliced my finger. The handle and all of the cup go into the dishwasher when I simply put the whole thing in. Since the glasses come from the same company as some glassware I purchased recently elsewhere, I picked them to match. For lattes, I bought both the coffee cups for espresso and the larger cups for espresso. It is well-designed and is used every day, and it is very affordable considering how elegant it is.

The word elegant is a product of my wife's influence. Both their spouses and daughters have a great deal of love for Despite their size, they are solidly constructed. One complaint I have is that you can't stack them, so it takes up space in the cabinet that is already filled with coffee cups that go back to 1975 that I can't throw away because my wife remembers where or when we got them (The memories). I don't have any complaints aside from their solid construction and the grip fits my sausage fingers comfortably. My only complaint is I need to work on ensuring the other cups disappear and don't get caught in order to make room for these quaint I admit they are "pretty" even if I will set aside the macho review. That's what I said! I laughed haha.

Approximately three shots can be held at a time and they are just awesome! Among the reasons I did not rate it 5 stars were It is possible to remove the metal ring and handle on the cup. In no case should you drink or use the dishwashing machine at the same time. However, if you try to pull them off or unstick them, they do come apart. This might be a good quality for some people, for cleaning purposes, or for whatever else. While it is annoying to others, I find it irritating myself. It is VERY important to understand that the handle does not come off when worn! The piece does not detach on its own! I repeat DOES NOT detach on its own! I hope you enjoyed it, and hope it.

At 3, these are great. These BAMFs hold 5 ounces of beer and can handle a nice strong pour. thickness of the glass allows heat to be held in for a reasonable time but it's not too heavy - we've found that 2-inch thick glass works best It is impossible for the espresso cups to hold more than two ounces. There is a lot of steel in this item, not just cheap steel- Look at any time. An attached ring at the bottom of the handle forms the bottom part. The best way to show off your espresso and its color is with these glass espresso cups, which allow you to see the churning and condensing espresso. Consider how many wars could have been avoided if the warring factions had these cups (and some good Italian roast).

These small cups came to us after we saw them used in Ethiopia overseas. It was a cool mix of metal and glass that I thought was extremely cute. The first thing I do in the morning is make my espresso shots using them. The containers hold two ounces of liquid with plenty of The diameter of the handle is approximately two ounces at the point where it curves inward and almost touches the glass. There is something elegant about these espresso cups because the glass is so elegant. This utensil looks sleek while the stainless steel handle keeps it in a unified look with my espresso machine. There are two slots - one on each side - large enough to hold two shots of espresso. Besides the handle, the base is also connected. The lids can easily be removed from the glass portion for easy, thorough cleaning, but they don't slide on the surface when you are using them. It's been almost 3 weeks since I washed them and I have not seen any degradation or rust. I even sat one in my sink for two days and there was no rust on it.
