Dried fruit has a long shelf life if stored in an airtight container. For longer preservation, seal the bag again, removing any air, and store in an airtight container.

Is it possible to re-use these slices in cocktails?

It's not a good idea to reuse dehydrated fruit garnish in a cocktail because the liquids in the cocktail will rehydrate the fruit. The slices will become "mushy" as a result of this. Each pack contains 30 slices, which should last you through a couple of rounds of cocktails.
