I haven't tried apples, but they appear to be quite hardy!
They are, in fact, glued together. It'd be fine.br>

I was going to make caprese sticks with these. a balsamic reduction, a cherry tomato, a small basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball For this purpose, they were far too long. They'd be perfect for 5 or 6 pieces of fruit, for example. They're more like a longer kabob (I wouldn't bake or grill them with them). They're a tough wood, but they'd burn. ) Just make sure you're aware of how long they're supposed to last. I'll continue to use them, but in a different manner.
It's downright revolting. The bag contains someone's hair, which is gross in and of itself. You think I'm going to serve guests picks laced with someone's dna because we're in the middle of a pandemic? Don't purchase from this seller because there are broken pieces inside.
I bought these to use in cocktails and appetizers, but they aren't as shiny as they appear in the picture, and the glue is clearly visible all over the ball! Since these cannot be returned, I would look into other options. I discovered some gleaming ones that are much more appealing.
The product does not appear to be as depicted in the photo. It's a light brown color rather than a gold color. I'm not sure if it faded, but there was no gold in what was delivered.
They're actually quite nice, though I was expecting a gold bead rather than a gold-painted wood bead. I still like them, but if it had been an actual gold bead, I would have loved it even more. I would buy them again because they are very sturdy and will work well with my charcuterie cups.
I was taken aback when I received this; yes, it is elegant, but it is also lengthy. I know, they're a little thick for regular toothpicks. Lol. This is what I used to make my mini bundt cakes. Make a flag topper with my DIY instructions. It has a lot of strength. Because they are thick, they are extremely durable. They are made even more attractive by the round gold on top. So it won't stick through, I just snapped off the sticks. by way of mini bundt cakes Lol.
These are incredibly adorable. We made a cheese board with some of them and it was a huge hit! Very strong and long enough to handle any situation!.
Boo : (I should have known better than to go with a less expensive brand to save a few bucks. ) I had to rush to the store and purchase the nice ones at the last minute. The ball's gold color was completely incorrect. This isn't even a gold coin. They made my classy charcuterie plates look cheesy. They appear to be "cheap" on the surface. I wasn't able to put them to good use. Trust me, the "simply served" brand is worth the extra $6.
