It is more of a long, hard plastic package that is used to store them, which is more of a container. I tuck it away nicely in the cabinet with my wine glasses and it's about 7 inches long.

My first purchase of this type of magnet was much thicker than I anticipated, but I hadn't purchased anything like it Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol, my vino friends tried them out and loved them. But now that we're using stemless wine glasses, we're finding that the charms we've used in the past with the rings that fit on the stems aren't very useful. I love this! Exactly what I needed!.

The material is not I think we're okay for a month or two

As soon as you use the designs for a month or two, the magnets start detaching so you basically only have two magnets to use as you can't really differentiate between eyeglass frames. A very disappointing experience.

It would be possible to place them on the bottom of the stem if they were just a bit thinner in size

I placed the charm at the bottom of the stem so that the drinker would not grab it or end up with it inside their glass. Since most glasses won't lie flat on the table if it is put there due to the thickness of the magnet, the magnets are actually a little too thick for that. Although they do not appeal to everyone, they are still quite attractive, and guests seem to appreciate their look and being able to recognize them. This has been a good experience for me.
