How do they work? What material do they use? Can I feel the softness of this napkin?

Having never heard of these before, I cannot tell you what they are made out of, but we ordered them for my daughter in law's The quality was good and the thickness was decent. As far as softness is concerned, I would rate them as being medium. Despite not being as stiff or cheap as a dinner napkin they were less soft than one. A typical cocktail napkin would be a good choice. Please accept this as my sincere apology.
