The plain surface is ideal for engraving and is the same size as the Churchill Downs mint julep. Stainless steel, holds approximately 14 oz.

Hand-finished and buffed to a lustrous shine that never needs polishing, this piece is made of stainless steel.

Do not put in dishwasher; hand wash with mild dish soap and dry immediately.

It comes in a gift box, making it ideal for a hostess gift or a housewarming present.

What is the width of the space?

There are three cups in this set. 5" in width by 4" in height.

What is the item's approximate weight? Is it heavy/sturdy enough to avoid being tipped over?

These are quite substantial and of high quality. I had an extra one in our shop that weighed five pounds. 7 oz. It shouldn't be a problem if the table top tips over. They engrave beautifully, just in case you were wondering.

Is the bottom of the mint julep cup welded together or is it all one piece?

The cup is made entirely of one piece. It's an outstanding cup.

I bought two for friends who will be in town for the Kentucky Derby, and I don't think you'll find it cheaper. I'm confident that their mint juleps will stay cool in these cups!.
