THIS FORK SHOULD NOT BE BUYED IF you want it to match a set of knives with all black handle.
A versatile serrated kitchen knife by this brand. I believe this brand has excellent quality, even though it isn't as trendy as the Japanese ones that have recently become popular. As far as I am concerned, this brand competes with any stylish new design, and their products are renowned for their great quality (for the money).
I purchased both a Wusthof classic knife and this Zwilling knife and like both of them. Strangely, however, I prefer the Zwilling because it cuts more straightly than the Wusthof. In comparison to the Zwilling, the zwilling is lighter ( but not too light ) and has a thinner blade as well as being stiffer. Quite a good knife for the price. The Wusthof blade has a more substantial thickness, and the sharp edge is only on one side of the blade. Cucumbers, for example, tend to cut diagonally while being cut.
Even though it's a little worn, it still cuts quite well. Since I used it so much, I ordered another one so I would not have to wash it every time I re-used it. I also ordered one for my mom and she loves it as well. It has a great handle and is the optimal size. This book is well worth the price. Sharpening never needs to be done on this knife.
I'm very pleased with this product. It's a one solid piece of metal As for the blade, it is absolutely gorgeous and it was a great price for what it would have cost Like most German knives, this one also looks like it was made in Germany. Especially when it is made in China, you will notice a difference, even within the same brand. If you want to know what the top line is, inquire.
This time I was delighted to find it on Amazon and I was able to complete my collection once again. As a result, the knife is super sharp and agile, and I use it for many tasks around the kitchen.
This knife is excellent with its cutting abilities. I am pleased with how comfortable it is and how easily it works.
