Wustof is a manufacturer of quality, in my opinion. Classic knives in my opinion are very beautiful, a delight to use, allowing me to chop, dice, and slice foods without having to worry about the blades slipping. I am not The kitchen is very easy to keep and convenient for commercial use. When it comes to knives, Wustof Classic makes a fantastic pick.

I have several Wusthof knives that have been great, and I imagine this one will do the same. It has a length in between the one of a paring knife and that of a utility knife, so I use it regularly.

It isn't your fault I ordered the wrong size knife the first time. The total length of the knife is 9". A 3 was all that was needed. The serrated blade is 5" long and the handle is 4" long for a total of The 5" stainless steel pairing knife is here!.

There should be a 5" piece, not a 4 1/2" piece. I am glad that I found it. I was slightly concerned that it would be too small, but it is the same size as a utility knife.

Since the first knife I bought from Wusthof, I've been loyal to the brand. Having handled German steel for some time, I prefer it to Japanese because it's much more durable and doesn't chip as easily. In addition to manual sharpening, a whetstone should also be used.
